Syria Data Update (Feb 10-17, 2026)
Violence across Syria remains at record low levels. ISIS attacks recover. Anti-government insurgency still inactive. Israeli arrests of Syrian men spike.
The overall level of violence across Syria over the past week remained on par with record lows — with a total of 17 deaths confirmed across the country, 6 (35%) of which were caused by unexploded ordnance (UXO). That means the 11 non-UXO deaths recorded last week represented the third lowest level on record — after 9 the week prior (Feb 3-10, 2026) and 10 in the week of Nov 11-18, 2025.
