Violence drops significantly, reaching lowest level ever; Syria's Coast calms, but ISIS attacks persist (& spread to Daraa) & tensions in SDF-held northeast continue.

Violence across Syria declined significantly to a record low level last week, with a total of 23 deaths confirmed across all 14 governorates over 7 days. That number is 20% lower than the previous low of 29 deaths that were recorded in the week of August 26-September 2. Of the 23 deaths confirmed last week, 4 (or 17%) were caused by exploded ordnance (UXO).
